Agreement and store use

These Terms of Service apply when a person visits, browses, or purchases through this Owala store. By using the store, the person agrees to follow these terms and applicable law. Do not interfere with store operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse a checkout function, submit unlawful material, or use product information in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Product information

The store presents product titles, images, styles, sizes, colors, prices, and availability for shopping. Display colors can vary by device and settings. Availability can change as orders and inventory change. Review the selected options and the final checkout details before submitting an order. The store may correct an obvious description, availability, or pricing error before an order is accepted.

Orders and cancellation

Submitting an order is a request to purchase; it is not a guarantee that the order will be accepted. An order requires payment authorization and operational acceptance. A cancellation request may be made before shipment. The store may decline or cancel an order when payment is not authorized, a product is unavailable, an address cannot be served, a pricing error is identified, fraud prevention requires review, or another operational issue prevents fulfillment. If an order is cancelled, the applicable payment reversal or refund is handled through the original payment method.

Payment

Prices and payments are in USD. The store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Applicable sales tax is calculated and charged at checkout as required by law. Do not send full payment card numbers or security codes through the Contact Us page or any other message.

Shipping and delivery

The store ships within the United States only and offers free shipping on eligible US orders. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, with a 2:00 PM ET cutoff. Standard transit is normally 4-6 business days after processing, and tracking information is supplied when the carrier receives the shipment. Delivery timing can be affected by the carrier, weather, address corrections, or other events outside the store's reasonable control.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days, and exchanges are supported for eligible items. Owala pays return shipping for a change-of-mind or no-reason return and for a product-quality issue, defect, damaged item, or incorrect item. There is no restocking fee. Custom items, clearance items, gift cards, and intimate or hygiene items are not returnable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Intellectual property

Owala names, logos, product names, photography, text, and designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, modify, publish, distribute, or use those materials outside an authorized purchase or other applicable permission.

Privacy and advertising choices

The Privacy Policy explains information handling, cookies, the CCPA section, and the Do Not Sell page. Google Ads, remarketing, and conversion tracking may be used for advertising measurement as permitted by applicable settings and law.
